What data we process
Through the booking request form we process the following personal data:
- full name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- stay dates, number of guests and selected rooms,
- optional note with your request.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to handle your booking request and follow-up communication about your stay. The legal basis is your consent given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
We keep request data for as long as necessary to process the request and communicate with the guest, for up to 24 months after the end of the stay unless the law requires a longer period.
Recipients of data
Data is not sold to third parties. Requests are handled by email to the controller. Website hosting may process technical logs independently of the booking request form.
Your rights
You have the right to request:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification or erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- objection to processing,
- withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
You can send your request to reitmayer@protonmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic. This may involve cookies and anonymised usage data such as pages visited, device type or traffic source. We do not use marketing cookies.
The booking request form does not store personal data in a database. Submission is handled by email.
